The AXMEDIT Arabic Text editor, hereafter referred to as
"AXMEDIT" is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws
and treaties. The following terms apply to all files associated
with the AXMEDIT package unless explicitly disclaimed in
individual files. This AXMEDIT package is not sold, but licensed
in accordance with the terms below.
LangBox International (the Author) grants to the possessor of
this copy (the Licensee) a royalty-free, nonexclusive license to
use, copy, and distribute AXMEDIT and its documentation for
personal, educational or commercial and non-commercial use, as
long as the following conditions are adhered to:
- Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in
and to AXMEDIT shall always remain with the Author (LangBox
International). The Licensee agree to abide by the copyright law
and all other applicable laws of the United States including, but
not limited to, export control laws. The Licensee acknowledge
that the AXMEDIT in source code form remains a confidential trade
secret of LangBox International and therefore the Licensee agrees
not to modify AXMEDIT or attempt to decipher, decompile,
disassemble or reverse engineer AXMEDIT.
- Redistribution and use in binary forms, including fonts,
documentation, programs, configuration files or any other parts
of data included in the distribution, are permitted provided that
the following conditions are met:
1. Redistributions can only be done without any modifications.
2. Redistributions must reproduce the Author's copyright notice
including this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in
the documentation and/or other materials provided with the
distribution.
